Data is gathered to configure the system and F&I forms are collected.
Data is converted and used for the Simulation Training environment.
2 weeks before Go-Live, users can access online training.
2 weeks before Go-Live, the VUE DMS Deployment Team meets with the dealership departmental managers to ensure setup is accurate.
1 week before Go-Live, users receive module-specific training virtually.
Each dealership department receives instructions to ensure a smooth launch. Final data conversion is done the night before Go-Live.
VUE DMS consultants will be by your side to support your staff and update the process as you go-live with the software.
