The network is reviewed, and the training environment is created.
Data is gathered to configure the system, and F&I forms are collected.
The data is converted and used for the Simulation Training environment.
Two weeks before Go-Live, users can access online training.
Two weeks before Go-Live, the VUE DMS Deployment Team meets with the dealership departmental managers to ensure proper setup.
One week before Go-Live, users receive module-specific training virtually.
Each dealership department receives instructions to ensure a smooth launch. Final data conversion is done the night before Go-Live.
VUE consultants will be by your side to support your staff and update the process as you go live with the software.
