Patricia Hobby is responsible for the implementation, deployment, training and support of VUE DMS in dealerships across the US. Her extensive experience with client services in the DMS space will help dealers quickly adopt VUE to drive productivity and efficiency. Previously, she managed a client services team for Experian Automotive. Before that, she worked as a Director for CDK Global and ADP Dealer Services where she led various teams including, implementation, client training, discovery and program intelligence.
Hobby has nearly 4 decades of experience in the automotive retail industry, particularly with client services and DMS implementation. She has an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from DeKalb College and certificates in Prosci Change Management and Zenger Folkman Leadership 360.
