Sharon Kitzman leads the launch and long-term growth of Dominion DMS. Previously, she managed the strategic direction and product development for Reynolds & Reynolds and Dealertrack. Her experience spans every area of dealership software development, including sales, marketing, product lifecycle management, process re-engineering, OEM management, professional services, and customer services.
Kitzman is a recognized leader in the automotive industry for her expertise in DMS technology. She received numerous accolades for her leadership, including Automotive News Top 100 Leading Women 2015 and 2020, Auto Remarketing Women in Retail 2021, and AutoSuccess Women at the Wheel 2021. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio State University.
Arlene Clements is responsible for strategic relationships, including securing OEM partnerships with Dominion DMS and building and managing the company’s partnership with Microsoft and other strategic partners. She brings over 20 years of experience in successful account management, working with dealers and OEMs in the US and Canada. Her breadth of expertise in dealership software helps VUE clients realize the total value of using a cloud-native DMS. Previously, she was an automotive industry consultant for public and large dealership groups. Before that, she worked for DealerSocket and Reynolds & Reynolds, leading business development, OEM and enterprise accounts, customer relationships, data services, information systems, professional services, and applications.
Arlene has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and Marketing from Manhattan College. She volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America, Meals on Wheels, and other local organizations in her spare time.
Patricia Hobby is responsible for implementing, deploying, training, and supporting VUE DMS in dealerships across the US. Her extensive experience with client services in the DMS space will help dealers quickly adopt VUE to drive productivity and efficiency. Previously, she managed a client services team for Experian Automotive. Before that, she worked as a Director for CDK Global and ADP Dealer Services, leading various teams, including implementation, client training, discovery, and program intelligence.
Hobby has nearly four decades of experience in the automotive retail industry, particularly with client services and DMS implementation. She has an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from DeKalb College and certificates in Prosci Change Management and Zenger Folkman Leadership 360.
Mike Bozeman leads the product and technology team for Dominion DMS. He has worked for multiple Dominion Enterprise businesses, most notably as the Vice President of ForRent.com. Mike has enjoyed leading all aspects of technology, including software development, product development, database administration, design, and marketing. He is focused on bringing the Dominion DMS product to the forefront of our industry.
Mike brings with him more than 20 years of product and software experience. He has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems. Mike lives with his wife and three daughters in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Cliff Lavergne is responsible for creating, evaluating, and optimizing business opportunities for Dominion DMS. He works behind the scenes to support the sales team with the tools and information they need to help customers make the best decision for their next DMS. Previously, he led sales operations for Cox Automotive and Dealertrack. He was also a DMS Regional Sales Manager for Universal Computer Systems, Arkona, and Dealertrack DMS.
Cliff has over 25 years of experience in sales and sales operations for dealership software providers. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana University.
